In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.
Please call us when you arrive. A member of our staff will meet you outside to transport your pet inside the building.
The doctor will either contact you via phone to discuss their exam findings and suggestions, or they will come out to the parking lot to discuss this with you at an appropriate social distance. When all care has been completed, your pet will be returned to you while you wait in your vehicle. We can all appreciate that this is not what we or your pet would prefer, but in these trying times, this is how we will be handling appointments.
*Please also note that all dogs must either be in a carrier or on a leash with a snug-fitting collar or harness. All cats must be in a carrier.
Pet Care Services:We ask that all clients remain in their vehicles and do not enter the building. If you are dropping off your pet for surgery or a dental procedure, please complete this history form prior to dropping them off. If applicable, please complete the surgery form or dental form. Or we can provide one for you when you arrive.
Medication Procedures: Give us a call when you arrive, and our staff will bring your pet’s food or prescription diet directly to your car. If you’d like to have prescriptions delivered directly to your home, click to order from our Online Pharmacy.
