2011 PAWS FOR THE CAUSE VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE
For Paws-related future events, PFTC will be completely community committee-run—PFTC benefits so many, we want to make sure you have a voice! Our ideal committee would include members of the organizations that benefit PFTC as well as those not affiliated with an animal organization but who have a strong love of animals and community. ALL are invited to be on the committee.
Goals for the PFTC committee:
- Get input from the organizations that are benefitting from the event, as well as input from the community
- Reach more of the public to get the word out about PFTC and the organizations it benefits
- Brainstorm more ways to make next year’s event even more of a draw for the community
- Obtain volunteer assistance for advertising/marketing
- Obtain financial assistance from sponsors(private as well as businesses/companies) to cover some of the expense of PFTC
