2010 PET PHOTO CONTEST!

Last year, we had our 1st annual Pet Photo Contest, and it was a huge hit! Over $750 was raised for Paws for the Cause, which benefits 12 local animal charities.
What a great opportunity to showcase some of the cutest critters in Western Washington, and to raise money for a great cause!
Rules:
1. Enter a framed, non-professional 5" x 7" photo of your pet (ALL types of pets eligible)
2. Frame MUST have a hanger(wire or hook) & be ready to be hang
3. Your name, pet's name, title of photo (ex: "Fluffy Playing in the Snow") & phone number must be
taped to the back
4. Photo can be of 1 pet, or multiple pets with or without people in the photo
5. There will be a $2.00 entry fee for each entry
6. Maximum of 3 entries per person/family
7. Each photo entry will be assigned a donation jar. Judging will be by the public. The top 3
photos earning the most money by noon on Sunday, July 24, 2011, will win. And yes, you are
encouraged to vote for yours!
8. Entries will be accepted from June 1, 2011 through July 1, 2011.
9. Turn in entries to Hawks Prairie Veterinary Hospital (8919 Martin Way E, Lacey WA 98516)
*The PFTC committee and staff of Hawks Prairie Veterinary Hospital reserve the right to refuse any entry they deem inappropriate or offensive.
